Cookie Privacy
Privacy without fine print.
Cookie keeps browser data on your PC. Anonymous usage statistics are off by default and can be changed under Settings → Privacy.
What may be sent
- a random installation ID that is not tied to an account;
- Cookie version, Windows x64 platform and app launch events;
- successful update or previous-session crash events;
- occasional events for Shield, Search and Password Manager use;
- an anonymous active-session heartbeat, only when optional statistics are enabled.
What Cookie does not send
- URLs, hostnames, history or tab titles;
- search queries or page content;
- cookies, passwords, autofill data, forms or clipboard contents;
- private browsing activity.
Website analytics
This website records aggregate page visits, download requests and an allowed campaign source such as TikTok or Reddit. It does not use third-party advertising trackers. A download request does not prove that the file finished downloading or that Cookie was installed.
Your control
You can turn anonymous Cookie statistics on or off at any time. Changing this setting does not affect browsing, saved data or updates.
